Slitter / Re-Winder

• SL-ML Series are designed to cope with precise requirements of thin films which including PET, PP un-coated film and metallized PP, PE films for capacitor.
• SL-ML Series are versatile and compact machine which process high quality slit reels of any width within the specified limits.
• DThe rewinding system of the machine combines surface take-up drive with center drive and take-upreels can be drive or undrive.
  a. Take-up widths driven from 25mm up to 150mm
  b. Take-up widths undriven from 10 to 25mm (optional)
• Each arm has its own adjustable device, so that the correct tension can be applied independently to each reel, individual tension control allows different slit widths, varying thickness, different rewind diameter be run together, and tensions across the parent reel can be more easily handled.
• If film thickness uniformity is good, one single rewind shaft be used to increase productivity and reduce down-time (optional).Slit width: 5~150 mm

• Rigid Frame — Machine frame are blanchard ground from 30mm thick machine steel and are rigidly braced with heavy duty torque members, this assure tram and vibration free operation.
• Driven System — AC serve motor with tacho-generator, and transmit by timing belt, it include functions as soft start, soft stop, emergency stop. All controls are located on control panel in the front of machine.
• Unwind Tension Control — Equipped with powder brake and automatic tension controller to get the optimum tension on unwind side at high speed.
• Web Guide System — Edge position controller to guarantee the slitting margin very accurate in the range of ± 0.1mm.
• Razor Slitting System — Individual razor blade are fixed on a "T" slot shaft for quick slit adjustment, two steps depth adjusting device and R-L adjust in the range of ± 10mm. It is available in air or in grooved roll slitting.
• Rewind Arm — The individual rewind arms are mounted on a quickly removable pivot shaft, it can be adjusted easy.
• Knife System — The knife attracted by a powerful magnet is easy to change.
• Taper Tension Control — Individual tension control on each slit reel rewind arm so that different widths can be slit simultaneously and varying thickness and tension across the parent reel can be more easily handled.
• Edge Waste Trimming — By united axle rewind.
• Easy Maintenance — Hinge-out electric for easy maintenance.
