The swift changes of the world and the vicissitudes of life portray of our era. Fulfilling a dream of being a leader in a field of many keen competitors requires perseverance which has been an enduring characteristic of Livingston since our founding. We have partnered with several enterprises to become a group providing turnkey service and producing plastic film capacitors. In 1986 we were the only company in Taiwan able to produce a complete line of Metallized Film and Polyester Film Capacitor Machines, approved by Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 1991, we extended the scope of our business by establishing 9 joint-ventured factories in China to manufacture capacitors. We surpassed industry quality regulations allowing us to obtain ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949 certification. Currently, our annual capacitor production capacity is over 1070 million pieces. “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” We have experienced many challenges in the past twenty years,but the joy brought by our success has covered all strife. Today we are a global supplier of quality equipment and capacitors. We have built up a good corporation image in both the machinery and capacitor markets.
